Responsibilities
The vehicle chosen by the hirer has been provided in good condition. The renter also acknowledges the fact that the car must be returned in its original condition to Car Rental Dubai at the end of the rental period (including any accessories).
carrentaldubai has the right to recall any vehicle at any given time, if a hirer violates any terms or conditions of the business.
carrentaldubai is not responsible for the loss or damage of any goods.
carrentaldubai has the right to modify its Terms and Conditions without any prior notification to anyone.
carrentaldubai only rents vehicles that can be used within the United Arab Emirates.
Geographical Limits
carrentaldubai vehicles rented out may only be used within the United Arab Emirates.
Mileage Allowance
Daily/ Weekly Rentals
The daily mileage allowance is set at 200km. Any additional mileage will be charged at AED 0.50/KM.
Monthly Rentals
The monthly mileage allowance is set at 4500KM. Any additional mileage will be charged at AED 0.50/km.
Fuel Policy
After the rental period, the vehicle must be returned with the exact same level of fuel as it had when it was rented. If the fuel level has been significantly reduced, there may be a charge for the fuel.
Damage
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that tires are properly inflated.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle’s instruments and other parts are in good condition.
The hirer is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the vehicle.
All repair expenses incurred by the hirer during rental will be charged to them.
Hirers are not permitted to hire a repair service from a third party. This could result in penalties for hirers.
If there is any accident or damage, the renter should call both the Police (+971 501587588) and carrentaldubai (+971 501587588).
A police report must be obtained by the renter for all damages that occurred during their rental period.
Return policy and rental period
The rental charges apply on a 24 hour basis
The grace period is 2 hours. * If you are more than two hours late, the excess charge will be a full day.
Check-in is not allowed on public holidays and Fridays.
carrentaldubai must be notified at least four hours in advance of the pickup time for the return date.
carrentaldubai must be notified at least 24 hours in advance of the pick-up date for all other Emirates.
Charges and Payments
Security Deposit
carrentaldubai will retain a security deposit of AED 1,500 prior to the hirer receiving their vehicle.
The amount of the security deposit may differ depending on what type of car you choose to rent.
The deposit will be retained for 30 days following the check-in date in order to cover any fines or Salik fees incurred by you.
Salik
There will be a charge of AED 5 for crossing the Salik.
The rates of crossing Salik are subject to changes without notice.
Service charges of carrentaldubai will be subject to a 5% service tax.
Fines
The hirer is responsible for all fines that may be incurred.
The hirer is charged AED20 as an acknowledgment fee, plus 10% service charges.
A minimum service charge of AED 20, will be applied to fines less than AED200.
Service charges are subject to 5% VAT.
Maintenance
The rental fee includes all servicing charges.
Following the initial service, maintenance is required after every 10,000KM.
carrentaldubai must be notified at least two days in advance of the next service.
carrentaldubai provides a vehicle replacement as quickly as possible in the event of a breakdown.
The hirer is responsible for vehicles that have been damaged due to not being serviced during the scheduled times. All repair costs will be billed to the hirer. Rent will be increased to compensate for the repair time.
carrentaldubai will not repair a rented car without the written permission of the hirer.
All tire punctures must be repaired by the hirer.
The inspection team will inspect the damage to the tire due to a puncture and may charge the renter.
The service tags on your vehicle’s windscreen should guide you in the servicing of your car.
carrentaldubai must be notified of mechanical failures or damage. The damage that results from late reporting will fall on the renter.
Rental offices will provide instructions on how to service the car, including small problems such as a punctured tire.

Additional Driver
Each additional driver will cost AED 100.
Insurance
Age
Hirers are required to be at least 22 years old.
For hirers aged between 22 and 25, 80% of the insurance premium is covered.
Impounding
If the car is impounded, the hirer must pay carrentaldubai impounding fees plus any lost rental rates.
Hirers must ensure that the vehicle is parked at a secure, safe location. All doors should be locked.
The hirer is responsible for all damages caused to the vehicle.
Minimum charge is AED 1500 for keys lost. * The charges for keys lost may differ depending on which category of rental vehicle you have.
The hirer is responsible for any parking tickets incurred.

Terms and Conditions for Online Booking
Terms and Conditions for Online Bookings are effective as of January 1, 2018.
Process
Select: The client’s selection criteria are entered into the online booking form. This includes dates for rental period and vehicle choice.
carrentaldubai.co provides offers based on client criteria. After selecting the desired offer, clients will be able to select it.
The client confirms their choice by clicking the “Book Now” box after selecting the offer. This will book a service on a temporary basis for them.
Notice: The client is asked, after temporarily booking the services of their choice, to fill out customer details, confirm booking summary, and accept the final terms and conditions. The client will then be able to click on the “Pay Now” box.
carrentaldubai sends you an email confirmation with all the details of your reservation.
Confirmation Mail
After all the steps are completed, we will send a confirmation email to confirm your booking.
The terms and conditions will be included in this email.
Booking Details
carrentaldubai accepts bookings up to three hours before the rental date. Reservations up to 24 months ahead are accepted.
carrentaldubai offers a one-day minimum rental. If the car is returned earlier than 24 hours, a daily rate will be applied.
Rental periods for one vehicle are limited to 24 months.
Rates
carrentaldubai final quote will include: All mandatory charges; VAT or any other taxes as determined by the governing authority, number of KM/miles included in your rate, third party liability insurance Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Waiver.
Payment
You can pay in two different ways: Book Now and Pay At Station or Book Now and Pay At Station.
Prepayment is referred to as Book Now and Pay Now.
Online, you can now pay for your pre-paid rate.
Bookings will require payment of the total estimated amount.
When you book and pay at station, it means that you will be paying at the carrentaldubai branch.
You can check the Terms & Conditions to see if your card is accepted.
Payment Methods
You can pay using these instruments:
Mastercard, Visa and American Express are the most common credit cards accepted by carrentaldubai.co.
Debit cards – to accept debit cards, they must be linked to a bank account.
Maestro Cards.
Visa Electron Cards.
Deposit
A deposit is an additional payment to the total rental price.
Before finalizing the contract, the exact amount of deposit will be provided to the client. This will also appear in the email confirmation.
carrentaldubai will receive the deposit as a form of security, protection and authorization prior to the start of the rental.
The deposit amount required depends on the category of car chosen.
During the rental period, your deposit will remain valid.
After the car is returned, the deposit will be reimbursed to the customer within 30 days.
All payments must clear at the time of checking in.
Reserving Guarantee
carrentaldubai must provide the customer with a period of time in which the vehicle can be delivered to them, provided that the client meets all the requirements.
The hirer must provide credit card information. If the details are not provided, a one-hour guaranteed period is provided. This will allow the guaranteed booking to be held for up to an hour past the pick up time.
After the closing hours of the day, the reservation will be listed as No Show.
If Carrentaldubai cannot provide the car requested by the customer, the company will offer alternatives to the client.
carrentaldubai will provide the vehicle requested at the lowest possible price. If it is not available, carrentaldubai offers the following: i. An upgrade of ‘extras” with no extra costs; ii. A downgrade (with compensation) such as a voucher to rent in the future.

General Terms and Conditions
The contract must state that the driver must switch to an Emirates driving licence as soon as they become residents in the UAE. They also acknowledge that driving in the UAE is illegal with a foreign driving license once the residency has been obtained.
If the rental vehicle is damaged or destroyed due to drunk driving or drugged driving, the full responsibility will be given to you.
Hirers must ensure that the only drivers who have signed the contract can drive the car.
It is forbidden for the hirer to tint or add stickers to the car. carrentaldubai will impose a fine of AED500 for any violations. The hirer is also responsible for all penalties levied by the government.
